Payment and Billing

Pricing

Our Service operates on a pay-per-signature model. Current pricing is $2 per signature. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Refunds

All signature fees are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

Electronic Signatures

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
